Stopped by on 10/8 for a quick lunch because I didn't have time to sit down at a real restaurant, but I should have known better. I pulled up to the drive-thru lane closest to the building, heard the automated recording about using the mobile app, and then someone started whispering over the speaker. It was so faint and muffled I couldn't understand a single word. Meanwhile, the truck in the outer lane was loud, placed their order with no issue, and pulled forward. I told the microphone I couldn't hear them, pulled out of line, and drove around to the outer speaker to try again. When I pulled up and politely explained that the inner speaker was nearly impossible to hear, the woman on the headset went completely hostile. She snapped that she had been trying to talk to me and that she could hear me just fine. It was short, defensive, and plain angry. It isn't my fault your drive-thru equipment doesn't work, so don't take it out on the paying customer. If I can't hear what you're saying, what good does it do if you can hear me? I understand fast-food workers aren't paid a fortune, but if you hate your job that much, just clock out and go home—don't treat customers like an inconvenience for trying to order. As usual with this location, the food was a complete miss: stone-cold fries and nuggets that were cold, chewy, and rubbery. And please spare me the generic corporate response telling me to submit a ticket on the website. Reaching out to customer service won't fix anything. This store needs a complete overhaul in service, management, and basic attitude, but that won't happen as long as people keep tolerating cold food and rude treatment. If the Jack's next door were any better, I wouldn't have bothered stopping here in the first place.

Good Luck getting any food in the morning or at Lunch, sitting at intercom no answer, but drive to the window they are just on their phone. Lazy is an understatement

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but the service has really declined. Used to be my go-to, but lately it’s been terrible. I hate this as I’m a loyal customer and my sister used to manage a McDonald’s in Kansas City, but I may consider just going to another fast food place if they don’t get their act together…

If you know anything about my review process; please be advised Mcdonalds, I will not pull the punches. I like most people enjoy a late afternoon snack, "Why dont we go to McDonalds, when was the last time you went there." "The other day, and I told you about it. It was eh, and they treated me like gutter trash" I remember in the yonder years of the early 2000s, before the GFC 2008 when America was still reeling from 9/11 the dot Com bubble and I was a naive child, going with babushka to McDonald's for a happy meal. The meal was memorable enough for me to carry it through now when, I, An adult with discerning tastes, would give it the benefit of the doubt in the four month span since I had dined there previously. Let me start with Carte Blanche. There was no one at the register. There was no tiredly smiling cashier saying "Welcome to McDonald's! How may I take your order?" The machines greeted us with neon silence, throbbing with advertisement vigor as they gleefully strobed the specials. We relented. We used the Kiosk to order. We ordered, two Chicken sandwiches with fries and the drinkies, without speaking to another human being. No thanks, or small conversation. About five or ten minutes later [Albuquerque, New Mexico] Our order arrived with the Somewhat smiling busboy delivering cups. It looked "Hmmm Ok" first bite "..." second bite "..." We took a bite of the box the sandwich came in. "MMM DELICIOUS" How can the box taste better than the sandwich inside??. Our dining expirience was False. The sandwich was [Redacted]. Had my younger self had grown up in this hellscape instead of having good memories of McDs, May God save us. The happy meal, was the smile turned upside down. So here we are Golden Arches, My consultancy is greatly needed, so here's what to do: Firstly, Ray Kroc would be doing cartwheels on noclip in his coffin, I realize McDs is not a burger company. You could try a little harder to make the thing people come to your establishment for was a succulent, healthy, fast, Food*, Meal. Do not call it "The product" Worst slip Ever (BTW). Please train your employees, yes, employees, Not the wild animals we witnessed chasing each other through the store screaming and hollering like their life depended on it, hire a manager that won't chase employees through the store either. Take some of that Real Estate moolah, and invest it back into the stores instead of paying the Chief "Product" Officer so much more to buy his yacht or whatever he might spend it on. Lastly, bring back atmosphere in your locations, it doesn't take much, bring back the vibrant colors and fun appearance, With or without the KIOSK. If you must keep the kiosk at least make it fun to use. If you want some more tips on what to do, how to fix your business, redeem whatever relationship with the customer, you know where to find me.

This is an okay area, it's in a very busy area, it's kind of hard getting in and getting out. The food was okay, the atmosphere is like any other McDonald's
