- JDJ.C. D.Sep 26, 20261.0I came here to say that this location is awful. I came here with my boyfriend and his mom to grab some milkshakes. They were dead and had no one else in there. Well, let’s just say the manager really didn’t wanna do their iob. They were extremely rude from the second we ordered. Ive learned to not take the disrespect and rudeness. I went inside and asked for a refund since her attitude was so rude for absolutely no reason. Just go to chic fil a or another jacks location. It’s obvious the management of this location has no interest in customer service or ensuring a pleasurable experience.

I had asked if we could get the box all dark meat and emphasized that we would wait on it to cook, but they were rude and refused to do this. Even though, I worked here for 3 years and we used to do it for people all of the time. It’s alright though, just will be going to another chicken place in Tuscaloosa next time for dinner.
