- TFtracy flowersSep 20, 20261.0Went thru drive thru around 4:15 arrived at the window after placing my order, the cashier wasn't very friendly. After paying for my order the cashier tried handing me my drinks, which was 3, instead of asking do I need a drink carrier she started handing them out, I had to ask for one,had to repeat because she had bluetooth in her ear. When my order was ready , I always check my orders no matter where im at but this Jack's is notorious for always getting my husbands hamburger wrong, its not that hard to leave off cheese. Well today they left off the mayonnaise, after all that i just asked for mayo packets ,I got a double cheese burger no bun. I get home they threw napkins on my cheeseburger so I got 2 pieces of meat and a piece of cheese (which the burgers were dry) all 3 orders of fries were not full (large fry had enough fries for a med and the meds had enough for a small). I have pics just dont know how to add.
