  Sandra always greets me with a smile. I’m always glad when she is working drive thru. She is also professional. It takes a lot for my husband to compliment restaurant workers. He says now, She’s a good one!

  Sandra and Jakia waited on me and they were very professional and courteous while being friendly all at the same time.. I got everything I asked for as far as condiments on top of good food. Thanks Sandra and Jakia!!! Great job...way to go!!!!

  I really enjoy going to Bojangles. The food is always fresh, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff are friendly, caring, and make you feel welcomed every time. They also work very efficiently, so you’re not waiting long for your order. Overall, it’s a great experience with both quality food and great service. Special s/o to Tasia, Sandra, and jakia for their amazing customer service

  Muscle Shoals Bojangles is always consistent with the way the food is cooked & the friendly people that work there make you feel like a personal friend. I drive from Florence to eat at Muscle Shoals Bojangles.
