Today I visited Jack’s in Moundville I ask the young Lady in drive-through was the wings fresh because she handed me my order quickly. She assured me yes the wings just came up. Mind you I was only going five minutes away. The wings was hard and black inside looking like they was like they was 3 days old. Times are too hard to be throwing away money. $38 worth of garbage 😡

We are grateful to have a Jack's nearby and appreciate the friendly staff. We ordered pancakes this morning and were very disappointed. They were small and tough. Quality and taste was not good. Hope this is not a permanent change for the breakfast menu.

I just left from up there, when I ordered I asked for mayo, ketchup and cheese on my kids meal cheese burger she asked twice what was on the cheeseburger and I repeated it. Of course it is late at night so I didn’t check my order till I got home I started to eat and they put an entire thing of mustard on the kids meal cheese burger.

The store was VERY clean and Mary Jane was extremely polite and courteous. Greeted me with a lovely smile, took my order and got my food out to me in a jiffy.
