  I just sat at the drive thru window for about 30 minutes AFTER ordering and no one took my card or gave me the two things I ordered for that long. There was no one else in line and no one parked, it’s 10 pm and they’re open two more hours. All I see inside are at least 3 or 4 people milling about and one lady ranting at the top of her lungs for everyone to hear about how they shouldn’t even be working. When someone finally came to the window they gave me some half explanation about being short staffed which is no excuse not to at least open the door and greet me and warn me of that even if it is true. I’m sure they were hoping I’d just drive off, and frankly I almost did and I wish I had.

  Stopped here for ice cream while driving through the town. Service was good and fast as needed. Ice cream was made good to order.

  They were very polite when taking my order and when bringing my food and there new smash burger is to die for 🤤🤤🤤

  THEY NEED SOME WORKERS ONLY 2 PEOPLE IN ENTIRE PLACE. Female Manager told me to hold and never came back to take my order at drive thru..i only had 2 drinks no food order. I Waited at drive thru more than 10 minutes didnt get to order was too hot sitting in sun. So I pulled to window waited 5 more mins 1 car was ahead of me. Got to window nice youngan said they only have 2 people working..he was most pleasant. I said lady never came back to drive thru to take my order the guy made my drinks hes awesome.

  I went through the drive through. I waited for 15 minutes to place my order. Then waited another 10 minutes at the window, just to get a milkshake. An employee came out to deliver drinks and food to the car behind me. Once I got the milkshake it was thin and had a lime taste. It was so nasty, I couldn't drink it. This is the second time in a week that I had unusually long wait to get service here. This will be my last trip to this Sonic.
