  ABSOLUTE TRASH. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. My husband asked me to grab ice cream after I got off work, so I placed an online order before heading there. The McDonald’s app says they close at 12AM, so I arrived around 10:35PM thinking I still had plenty of time. Later I checked Google and it said 11PM, but regardless, there were still employees inside and they still accepted and charged me for my order. I sat in curbside for 10-15 minutes with no update. Then the app suddenly marked my order as “delivered” even though nobody ever brought me anything. While waiting, I could literally see employees inside just walking around on their phones, completely ignoring customers. I tried the drive-thru speaker — no answer. Pulled up to the window — nobody there. Honked my horn — still ignored while employees kept standing around on their phones like customers were an inconvenience. The lobby doors were locked too. I spent OVER 35 minutes trying to get a simple ice cream order and left with nothing except a charge on my card. If you’re closed, stop accepting mobile orders. If you’re open, do your job. Horrible customer service, lazy staff, and zero professionalism.

  This is The 5th Mcdonalds LOVES LOCATIONS ONLY Ive been too where their ice cream is supposedly "not working" The decency of workers not actually wanting to use the ice cream is highly annoying and sometimes this is what people truly want such as ME as a truck driver y'all aren't as loving thank you.

  Just left there 30 minutes ago and got over charged i had a code for a 99 cent ice coffee I added cold foam so it was 2 that was fine but I gotta an egg mcmuffin it went up to 6.97 aint no way that's impossible then I had to deal with a nasty attitude I spend too much money at this location every week to deal with this type of attitude so I'm done

  We LOVE our Love's McDonalds!! The morning shift knows us by name and has our order ready and waiting! (Jason is our favorite)
