  주문받는사람이 내주문을 누락해서 한참걸려서 미안하다고 음료수를 공짜로 줬는데 나중에 내주문에 포함된 음료수로 둔갑됐더라구요. 영어를 못알아듣는다고 생각한건지 어이가 없어서 따지지않고 그냥나왔음

  They were out of big buns, so you could get a tiny bun or Texas toast. We decided to leave and go to Red Robin next door.

  We waited over 30 minutes for our food. People behind us in the drive thru received their food before we ever did. After around 20 minutes of waiting, we went in and asked for a refund only to be told no and that the food was almost ready. All I saw were people standing around back there and there were multiple people who came after us waiting. 10 minutes later, when they were handing us the food, the cashier asked if we wanted the food or a refund. Like what?? We were hungry and traveling so we took the food and called corporate. I was told I could expect to be contacted in 5 business days? I asked for a confirmation number or something to prove I called about this issue and I was told there was none and that I would receive a confirmation email regarding my call. It’s been 15 minutes and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve never had such a bad experience from the restaurant all the way to corporate.

  This location is the worst one I’ve visited. During our visit we had to wait over 20 mins for our food (mind you, there were only 2 other customers) and while waiting we had to remind staff just to get our order. The staff members were very rude, and honestly just uninterested in customer needs. While dining in another customer ordered a cinnamon roll and upon receiving it was very cold and hard. When they brought it to the staffs attention they said they would re-warm it. When it came out again cold the customer complained for the second time and was told by staff that there was nothing they could do about it. Then later found out the warmer was out of order the whole time! Thankfully they eventually gave a refund to the customer. If management was present it was not apparent! I would not recommend this location!

  Ordered hamburger meal through Doordash the hamburger came back raw was not cooked. The fries was cold. The sprite tasted like slime not sprite. It all contacted the store told me to come back all the way to Whataburger after I ordered it through DoorDash to get another one would not give me my money back would not contact Doordash to get my money back. This is the nastiest place that I’ve ever had food at. It looks like Sloan my dog wouldn’t even eat. It will never order from here again.
