  Stopped at Taco Bell off Chantilly Blvd in Montgomery Ala. Bought 2 been buratos They were good also bought their new chicken nuggets on my gosh worse thing I have ever eaten Looked like hard bullets with dried up chicken inside guess that was chicken (5 tiny bits and as hard as a rock.) Had to throw Away. Never Again wish I had a picture I could show you but thew away so fast Even birds ran away from them. Undoubtedly they don't look at the food before the serve it to a customer

  Really impressed with the customer service here. The staff stayed professional and positive, and the food quality was much better than expected for fast food.

  Chicken Nuggets were undercooked, Crunchwrap had to be one they had left over from another order. Hard shell was way too soft and barely any nacho cheese inside of it.

  Me and my husband got Uber eats from here and two delivery drivers stole our food and the second one was sitting in the parking lot talking to the employees like they were best friends. We were ignored when we were explaining that our food got stolen and said they don’t have Uber eats. Mind you this was at 2am and they had like 6-8 employees just hanging out outside. We eventually just cancelled the uber and ordered our food and his wasn’t heated and I got a buttload of ranch on a bowl that doesn’t have ranch and no tomatoes or onions as the order was supposed to. Terrible service. Terrible food. Ghetto atmosphere.

  We go to this TB all the time! today the service was amazing and the food was amazing... the name on the ticket says Jamelia G but the girl may have been a trainee, she was dark-skinned with a pony tail and sooo so sweet and kind I pray she doesn't get disillusioned with customer service and turn out like most of our other CSRs out here!!
