  Stood there for a while. Waiting for someone to take my order. Someone finally comes over and and points to the register area and says you order there, then walks away. I ask you're right here. Can I just tell you what I want to order? She walks away again. I then have to go through a screen to place. My order takes a bit longer than just talking to someone. I get my order. And I see I didn't get any sauces that I had to put in to the computer that I wanted. I look over where all the condiments normally are but there's none. I finally get somebody that asks if I need something. I told them I need sauce and they tell me that you have to get it yourself over at the condiment area. Why do I have to key it into the kiosk If I have to go get it myself? Then there's none there. The lady then presents me with a tub of the sauce and then seems offended at the amount I took. I'm sorry I ordered a lot of food. I'm staying at the hotel right around the corner from this location. I can literally see the Taco Bell from the hotel. It literally only takes about 2 minutes to get back to my room. Surprise, my food is cold. I'll be stuck in this hotel room all week due to work. I will not go back to this location.

  I went to the drive through the young lady was very nice. Received my order only to find hair in it and when I went inside the store to return the audacity of the manager/cook looked at me and the pizza as if I was lying like how you examine something someone brought back due to hair on it! Should’ve instantly remade it I stood there for at least 5 minutes before she even took the food! Didn’t get a sorry for the inconvenience or thank you. All around poor customer service will not go back there! oh and let me not forget the lemonade was straight water!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell location today (Sunday, April 26 at 1:07 PM). The drive-thru customer service was unacceptable. The employee who rang me up, CeCarrie (per my receipt), was severely rude and had a very nonchalant, dismissive attitude. She made it clear she did not want to assist customers. When I received my food, there was no greeting, no “thank you,” no basic courtesy—she simply handed me the bag and closed the window. On top of that, I attempted to order items that are currently being advertised on the menu and website, and was told they “don’t have it” or “don’t make it,” with no explanation or effort to offer alternatives. It honestly felt like the order just wasn’t worth the effort. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism. If items are being promoted, they should be available—or staff should be properly trained on how to communicate when they are not. Management or the owner needs to seriously address what’s happening at this location, especially with drive-thru service. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

  Well, this morning, she act like she really didn't want to be at work and she took it out on me and my husband I asked myself to go on tacos and burrito, and she gave me 3 little packets and my burrito, sills was all crunched that she didn't have a smile. On her face, she rolled her eyes at us like we were really bothering her. I think she should have took the day off..
