- ATAshli Thompson4 days ago1.000000 stars! I’m so upset with Taco Bell! I ordered on the app and when I got there grabbed my food and left and when I opened my box I was completely disappointed!
- PPPankaj PatelAug 31, 20262.0I get back to my job after picking up my food, open my bag and they did not put my caramel apple impanada in the bag. I hate that I cannot go back leaving work place. I called the number 3 times from their website and they would not answer the phone. Employees be careless and do not realize that it ruins people's mood to eat their food. They just need to do their darn job right what they are getting paid for.
- KVKevin VickersAug 29, 20262.0I’ve consistently had poor experiences with the customer service at this Taco Bell, including rude management and a general lack of effort from the staff. Tonight was the final straw. I went inside specifically to avoid the drive-thru because my orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and the employees are often rude over the speaker. There were no cars in the drive-thru and only one customer using a kiosk, while several employees were standing around. I approached the counter to place a larger order with substitutions, which is inconvenient to do on the kiosk. The employee I assume was the manager simply stared at me and then rudely asked if I needed something. When I explained that I wanted to place an order and preferred not to use the kiosk, she told me I had to use it and refused to take my order. Regardless of whether kiosks are preferred, refusing to assist a customer when employees are standing at the counter is unacceptable customer service. After repeatedly being told I could not place my order, I left. After multiple bad experiences, I won’t be returning to this location.
