  New staff is amazing! Very friendly, courteous, and fast. I eat here several times a week now.

  THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUBWAY IN THIS CITY. I walked into this subway at night time and noticed several red flags immediately. There was no manager present, the floors were dirty, I did not get greeted, one of the employees were coming from the back eating something (being a customer this was unappealing and unprofessional). The employees were slow and lackadaisical and aloof in terms of service. The tuna I order I happened to catch had a label on it that said 2:00 pm (I arrived there at 8:00pm) and the only reason I knew that is because they ran out in the middle of the service. There was no point in wearing gloves because they touched everything and then continued making my sandwich touching the oven doors and microwave and containers even going in the back to touch whatever else as they would come back to continue handling something I was expected to consume. The next server was even worst, she would look down wh en talking to me and other people (thereby projecting spit among other things onto my sandwich ). This was a horror show. She continued by displaying an incompetence to be unable to follow a simple instruction. "I would like all vegetables besides the banana peppers and jalapeños, please." She had no mercy," I am going to have to get you to tell me what you want down the row." This is a common way I order everywhere else and even new people can do this. We go though this horrible procedure and finally this horrible sandwich is complete. But no, she had this end nightmare correctly. She then closed my sandwich and picked up the dirtiest knife before her (it had dried Chipotle sauce on it) and proceeded to cut. I looked at both of the ladies in between me to see was I the only one who just seen this foolishness and they looked shocked. My wife intended to order a salad after all that madness, but she didn't pay attention. So I cancelled that order but I did buy that sandwich. I immediately drove to the subway by Carter hill Rd country club where I am more regular and ordered. This was a complete opposite of the hell-hole on Madison. The ladies were cleaning up and greeting people and even cut my sandwich correctly. That all was yesterday. Today I ate that sandwich from Madison Subway, thinking that I may have been over analytical. I was not wrong I was about to vomit in the middle of eating this. You guys are wrong for allowing this to have been served. Your employees represent you, and I think you should condemn this location and one more make me happy some way as a former customer of your establishment. I wish there was a no star rating to give you.
