  This Sonic must be trying to lose money. Pulled up and tried to order three times and the screen just cycled back to “press the red button!” A lady came on the speaker and was mumbling and had the mic so far from her (and the speaker was cracking too) that I had no clue what she was saying and had to have her repeat herself several times. It was so garbled that all I could discern was that for some reason I would be unable to place an order (all of the other cars seemed to be having issues too). We were not in the mobile only stall. So we left and went to the East Chase Sonic where we also experienced the worst customer service humanly possible and they were out of milkshakes.

  I'll order my food at 11:37 pm i waiting t0 1:17 am and still didn't bring me my order They wouldn't give me my food because I was white

  I am so disappointed because my server never said a word, not a “you’re welcome” or anything. Then he forgot an item I ordered which that happens but when I called to let them know I didn’t have it, there was so much attitude in the tone of the speaker’s voice. Also my strawberry limeade taste like carbonated medicine and the chili cheese fries looked like they’d been sitting there for days, just stuck together, the little bit of sauces on it, solidified.
