    We actually had a good experience for our first sonic in Montgomery. The lady on The phone got our order right on the first try. The guy who came to give our order waited for us to check and make sure everything was right before he walked away as well. Very impressed that the customer service was excellent here.

    Waited over 30 minutes for a kids meal and coney . Obviously they forgot about my order or it was skipped over . Called in about my food and they said they will be out in 2 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes …. still nothing . Girl came out with no food said she was waiting on the tenders to cook . No apology or anything . Walked away with an attitude. 0/10 Normally go to Atlanta Hwy Sonic which I never have issues.. I was just out shopping in Eastchase .

    Absolutely terrible service and experience! My husband and i decided to go through the drive through but after the guy came on the intercom we couldn’t hear. So we went around to stall #6 and i ordered on my sonic app. When the guy came to our car he gave us the food DID NOT SAY ONE WORD. We asked if there was ketchup in the bag and and he said “I’m not sure” with the most stank face followed by and eye roll. My man had to get out the car and get his own ketchup. Also why would yall put a sliced tomato with the core on some ones burger? Picture will be provided. SMH please do better.

    On June 12 at approximately 9:00 a.m., my family and I stopped at a Sonic restaurant while traveling back home to North Carolina. I had several coupons available, including offers such as “Buy One Chicken Sandwich, Get One Free” and “Buy One Double Cheeseburger, Get One Free.” After placing our initial order, I checked the Sonic app and discovered a better promotion that would have saved us money. Before paying for the order, and while the food was still being prepared, I politely asked to speak with the manager, Valerie, and requested that the original order be canceled so that we could place a new order using the promotional deal available through the app. Valerie refused to cancel the order, even though payment had not yet been made. When I attempted to place a new order using the app promotion, she also refused to take the new order. During our conversation, she stated that she could choose not to take our order and that she did not have to serve me or my family. I was traveling with my wife, my mother-in-law, and two young girls, both five years old. Throughout the interaction, Valerie was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After refusing to assist us, she walked back into the restaurant without attempting to resolve the situation or provide any customer service. I am disappointed by the way my family was treated and believe this interaction fell far below the level of customer service customers should expect. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed appropriately.

    Wish I could leave zero. Came here for a simple slushy. They got on the intercom & asked “what would you like to order?”, no type of greeting or anything. I asked the person “how are you today?” They pretended they couldn’t hear me but magically could hear when I told them not to worry about it. I work out in eastchase as well but I’ll take my money to ATL Highway
