  We attempted to go through the drive thru at approximately 7:50pm on May 12th. When pulled up to the drive thru, there was a male and female smoking weed by the intercom, filling our car with the smell. The female then ran inside. After a couple minutes of waiting, a female came onto the intercom and said to come inside the drive thru was closed. We went inside and waited in an empty lobby for over 5 mins waiting to take our order. Kiosk said unavailable. The lady we saw standing there behind the counter was the same girl with the guy by the drive thru smoking weed. We ended up leaving and giving our service to a McDonald's up the road that didn't smell like weed and have employees under the influence.

  I pulled up to this location because the other store system was down. First let me point out the prices on Fairview Ave is $0.22 cents higher than Day St location. I pulled up to order a big breakfast with hot cakes (as they call it) but pancakes, no biscuit. Lady says it comes with a biscuit. I said I know. Then she states you can’t substitute for anything else. I told I’m not trying to. She told me”you don’t have to get an attitude. I told her ma’am I don’t have an attitude. I asked for my receipt she stated they don’t have any paper. That’s a lie. No paper in the whole building (yeah right). Also, the food taste like it was pre-made. Pancakes were hard around the edges.1 syrup 2 butters, no salt or pepper. Eggs taste like castor oil. Only appreciated item I received was the sweet tea. The attitudes of the lady that took my order was like she was mad because she had to come to work. This is one location I refuse to frequent ever again. Management you have to do better.

  This has to be the worse McDonald's in Montgomery! In the drive thru for at least 15 minutes. I had a mobile order and my order was still wrong! I didnt even bother to go back to correct it.

  Coffee and sandwich for breakfast. Ordered on the app and picked it up at the store. It was quick and easy to get the food there
