  Dirty, Dirty, Dirty! Floors are greasy and slip hazard. We stopped while we were traveling to get coffee and use the restrooms. We ordered coffee and waited for 20 minutes but never received the coffee. We waited to get the keys for restroom but no one acknowledged us. The ladies room was unlocked and incredibly dirty. The men’s room was locked. We left without our coffee despite paying at the kiosk.

  The store owner Mrs Vanessa should not be the owner anymore and the store won't get any better until she leaves. They have some good managers but it starts at the top and Mrs Vanessa stinks and runs a very crappy store. If the corporation knew how she runs the store she would be fired

  The entire staff here is incompetent, if you can avoid ever stopping here please do so! They messed up my order twice in the same purchase!

  I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s locations over the years, but this one is by far the worst I have ever seen—no exaggeration. From the moment I walked in, the place had a strong smell that was completely inappropriate for a restaurant environment. It honestly smelled like weed throughout the entire interior. That alone made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Things only got worse when I checked the restroom. On the kids’ changing station, I found an empty bag that appeared to have contained marijuana. That’s not just unacceptable—it’s alarming, especially in a place where families bring children. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic. Employees were yelling, running around, and behaving in a way that felt more like they were hanging out than actually working. There didn’t seem to be any sense of order or professionalism. This experience was incredibly disappointing. It felt more like a complete lack of management and accountability than a functioning restaurant. I genuinely hope I never encounter another location like this again, because this was a disgrace.
