Experienced a disgruntled employee who was extremely rude. We had to walk out of the restaurant even before we could complete our order due to her unprofessional behavior and not wanting our children to experience her attitude and language.
I have lived in 13 cities across seven states, and since 2000, Chipotle has been my absolute favorite restaurant. I could eat it every day, but this Montgomery location is the worst-run branch I have ever encountered.
I visited on Mother’s Day (05/10/2026) at 1:25 PM. Despite the restaurant not being full, the line was completely stagnant. They had no chicken prepared, none even cooking on the grill, and the staff couldn't provide an estimate on when more would be ready. This isn't a one-time "busy" issue; it’s a consistent management failure.
In the last year, I’ve walked out three times. During this most recent visit, I watched several other frustrated customers give up and leave as well. It was painful to watch a single person trying to run the line while a stream of pickup customers returned to the counter to complain about incorrect orders.
On top of the protein shortage, they are consistently out of chips and the soda fountain is usually flat. To cap it off, I tried using the "Pepper" chat and was connected to a live person three times, only to be disconnected every single time. I want to love this brand, but I’m at the point where I’d rather drive across town to the other location or just say goodbye to Chipotle entirely.
My son LOVES chipotle, at one point we all did… but I HATE how when picking up his order and the wraps/burritos are exposed waiting for an employee to come from the back to make the order. Then once the order is made there is NEVER any vinaigrette!!!! And if they are completely out, then they need to order more. Out of the last 8 visits he was able to get vinaigrette 2 times. I heard that the one on the boulevard runs out and GRACIOUSLY makes more and apologizes for the inconvenience.

I visited your location at 5:59 PM on April 30th, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
My party only came in to order guacamole, queso, and chips. However, we were told by the cashier that we had to wait in an excessively long line due to staff delays. After waiting approximately 30 minutes for a very simple order, the situation became even more frustrating.
When we finally received our order, the cashier spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When we asked about the receipt, we were told, “it’s in the damn bag,” in an aggressive tone. When we tried to address the issue, the employee continued to argue instead of resolving the concern respectfully.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. Experiences like this are likely a major reason for the low ratings at this location.
I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism at all times.

Extremely under staff and the crew working has no importance to them. They had one lady fixing food and working the cash register. I’ve been to this location 4-5 times, each time they are missing items with no ETA on when it will be ready.
