- JKJosh Kindred2 days ago1.0Staff was rude. Ordered To-go and waited for them to place it on the mobile orders shelf unit the store has. We were alerted our order should be done and didn’t see it on the shelf so we kept waiting. After 5 more mins I approached the staff about the order and they said very rudely “all you had to do was come ask for it. We don’t put it out there so it don’t get stole!” I took the bag and as I was walking away the staff mocked me and laughed at me audibly. DO BETTER!!
- SSSiriJul 16, 20261.0Today I ordered a burrito bowl through DoorDash, and unfortunately, I found a fly in my food. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. Please make sure your staff carefully checks and prepares food before serving it. I had to throw the entire meal away because it was unhygienic. I am requesting a full refund for this order, and I hope you take this issue seriously to ensure it doesn't happen to other customers.

I would rather wait for 15 extra minutes for fresh or restocked food. There were at least 8 people behind us at some point, and a potential customer left in the middle of telling the staff their order because they ran out. It could just be a series of unfortunate events, but still not great.
