  Overall this location is ok,however the food portions can be a hit and miss as well as their vinegarette. A few occasions my bowl seemed to be just a veggie bowl and they either forgot the meat or put so little that they might as well left it off or better yet said they were out or waiting on meat(no I don't need double meat however I would like a full portion). There seems to be only 1 person,not sure of the female's name(slim,darker skinned,bubbly personality)in drive thru that knows me by name and is consistent with portion size and is always pleasant, I appreciate this. I would suggest checking your food prior to pulling off,however that's hard to do when it's a burrito or a bowl and things are piled,you want notice it's wrong until you get into it and for me no where near the place by then. Like I mentioned earlier,this location is ok.

  Just know: if you order online don’t even bother using the drive thru to pick up your order. You will simply be ignored. After over 5 minutes of sitting in my car at the window I had to go inside and even then they acted annoyed that I even existed, and my food was soggy. The people waiting in line had been in there for awhile. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and looking at the dismal reviews and ratings (over 30 1 star reviews out of a 100 reviews) I’s have to put some major considerations in letting most of these people go and paying the few leftover employees much better. Try to do something to bring up morale. This establishment has completely terrible ratings. Whoever is reading this should be blushing and trying to figure out what to do to make things better. This location hasn’t even been open for very long. But I get it, this city has one of the worse customer service standards of just about anywhere I’ve ever been. The expectations are low and I can tell all the customers expect to be treated as little more than a nuisance. *I shouldn’t have added a tip beforehand.

  Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience – Needs Immediate Attention I visited your location at 5:59 PM on April 30th, and my experience was extremely disappointing. My party only came in to order guacamole, queso, and chips. However, we were told by the cashier that we had to wait in an excessively long line due to staff delays. After waiting approximately 30 minutes for a very simple order, the situation became even more frustrating. When we finally received our order, the cashier spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When we asked about the receipt, we were told, “it’s in the damn bag,” in an aggressive tone. When we tried to address the issue, the employee continued to argue instead of resolving the concern respectfully. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. Experiences like this are likely a major reason for the low ratings at this location. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism at all times.

  The girl at the window is very rude she slammed the window in my face the big dude did the same exact thing when he walked over there they need to be removed from the store
