What is the point of Mobile ordering if you aren’t going to have a Lane open for those customers? Crossing this location off of my list.

The young lady that was handing out the food needs to be retrained or need to find a new profession. First the cup of water that she brought me was not closed properly and the water spilled on me and in my truck. I asked her for napkins she acted like she didn't care or didn't want to get them. After that I asked for ketchup and mayonnaise. She acted like she didn't understand me and didn't even acknowledge me. So I asked her again and she seemed like she couldn't speak (nonverbal). I really do think that she needs another job.

When I went to counter to get Jalapenos,Gavin acted like I was bothering him. I will never go back. This is the 2nd time the employees have acted very unprofessional.
