  Worst ChickFila Ive ever been too. Drive thru attendant has no business being a front line employee. He literally said two phrases and those were mumbled. Not sure if he understood my order, and did not say My Pleasure....he said wmwahploaysyuh or something. Hire better people...would not recommend and will never be back to this location.

  Frequently visit this location and usually sing it's praises. We visited today as we were told Chik fil A was giving a free sandwich for teacher appreciation just to be told this location does not appreciate teachers!!!!

  If I could leave 0 stars, I would do so. After a long day of work I decide to go to this location and order the #7, large sized, 3 Chic Fil A sauces, & 3 Honey Roasted. $15 is what I paid for the meal. I ate the fries on the way home and when I arrived at home and sat in my lazy boy recliner, I opened the box to my sandwich and I had the bread, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon but no grilled chicken. How could you forget the primary source of the sandwich? I was telling my wife on the phone that they were in there arguing while I drove off from the window and now I could see why the grilled chicken was left off the sandwich but it still makes no sense. The young guy gave me my change and said “my pleasure”. Your pleasure of what? They must have Patrick Star back there putting the food together. I drove 15mins back home to discovery this catastrophe and I called the store and explained to the woman of the situation. She informed me that I would have to come back to the store and show her that the sandwich didn’t have any grilled chicken on it. Gas is $4 a gallon and you want me to drive back to the location to show you that Patrick Star didn’t add the grill chicken to my sandwich? That is ridiculous.

  We stopped in at Chick-fil-A after about 10 hours of driving from Dallas on our way to Charleston, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. Even though it was after 8:00 p.m., the team greeted us right when we walked in and got our order taken quickly. The food came out fast, and everything was fresh and hot, which says a lot that late in the evening. What really stood out, though, was Ethan. We had ordered coffee, but the machine had already been cleaned for the night. We told him not to worry about it, but he insisted and said he’d brew a fresh batch for us. Sure enough, he did just that and even brought the coffee over to our table. That level of care and follow-through is what real customer service looks like. Chick-fil-A already sets a high bar, but Ethan went above and beyond even that. Five stars all the way. Big thank you to Ethan for turning a long travel day into a great stop.

  I ordered a chicken biscuit add cheese, tomato, and bacon. When I got my order all the toppings were on the side. I called the store and asked why they were on the side and not on the sandwich. The assistant manager went to ask the GM and was told that they always put them on the side unless requested otherwise. I know for a fact that is not true because I ordered the same thing every time and the toppings are never on the side. So I had to wait until I got to work, which is 20 mins away to put the cheese, tomato, and bacon on my biscuit. So cold sandwich, cheese that wasn't melted and cold bacon. I should have just waited to go to the prattville location. I would have never had this issue with them.
