Clean, modern, and quick. It’s a “grab your bowl and go” kind of energy, but still feels fresh and intentional. Think less greasy fast food, more “I might start meal prepping after this.”Clean, modern, and quick. It’s a “grab your bowl and go” kind of energy, but still feels fresh and intentional. Mat provided phenomenal service while helping me with my first build. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how he pointed out higher-cost items so I could make informed decisions. Keep up the great work, Matt—I’ll definitely be back to see you!”

I love CAVA but I prefer the original location in Zelda Plaza... the customer service is usually better and I like the set up. This location in Eastchase looks better outwardly but it's lacking, in my opinion. The meats are usually overcooked and since they are not being stirred regularly they always look dry and unappealing. The Pita Chips today were cooked in OLD GREASE and OVERcooked as well. The young man who made them put an entire scoop of the seasoning on the two servings he cooked up fresh. It made them very salty... Even if you're not working a certain station, it never hurts to say hello or greet customers with, someone will be with you shortly (or something like that). But to see people approaching the counter and divert your eyes and walk away is ALWAYS RUDE! Several guys did this and have done this before and it's been different guys, so sounds like a management problem... Anyway, I tried the salmon today and it was good. I never get grains, always just greens, but, I've never had so LITTLE greens in my bowl as I did today. It seems to vary depending on who's making it and that LITTLE cup of braised lamb is hardly worth it anymore especially when you get mostly skin... Rethinking CAVA altogether these days... may have to make it at home as soon as I figure out how to cook lamb! 😆 All the rest is easy...
