  I usually come in the evening after the gym and due to that frequency I have learned that Tammy, Alexis & Bridgette are the ones who always make me feel welcomed and happy to be back each time.

  Very fresh Mediterranean bowls and Pitas. I got a Salmon bowl which was amazing. Their tzatziki and Pita chips are phenomenal! I love that their greens are washed and kept separate, very clean and sanitary.

  I just recently started eating at Cava, and I’m officially hooked! Tammy and Tajah at the Zelda Rd location are wonderful. Tammy is always extremely welcoming and friendly. She told me I was going to be hooked, and she ain’t lie! 5 stars from me!

  I visited CAVA on Zelda Road in Montgomery, Alabama, on Friday, June 26, at approximately 9:40 p.m. A sweet lady name Tammy who took my order that evening. Even though it was close to closing time, she greeted me with a smile, remained patient, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Many of the toppings had already been put away for the night, yet she willingly went to the back to retrieve every item I requested. She did so with a positive attitude, genuine kindness, and exceptional customer service. Her willingness to go above and beyond spoke volumes about her character and her dedication to her job. Employees like her are the reason customers continue to return. She made my experience memorable, and I hope she receives the recognition she truly deserves for her outstanding service. I especially wanted to acknowledge her because my experience at the Hoover location on Wednesday, June 24, between approximately 4:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., was the complete opposite. The young lady who took my order there was extremely rude, and the customer service was very disappointing. Returning to the Montgomery Zelda Road location reminded me of what great customer service should look like. Their smiling faces, welcoming attitudes, and genuine willingness to serve completely made up for my previous experience. Thank you to the Montgomery team for restoring my confidence in the CAVA experience.

  Just wanted to give a shoutout to Ms. T (Latonya) for being so amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel like my business was genuinely appreciated. She had such a positive attitude and made the entire experience enjoyable. Great customer service can really make a difference, and she definitely made my day a little better. CAVA is lucky to have her!
