  I ordered bone-in wings with Zing sauce but what I got was boneless wings and the wings was small and it had a different type of sauce on their then what I asked for

  It was a horrible experience they did a terrible job the customer service was very good from whoever was at the bartender spot but other than that 30 minutes before it was closing and they was at horrible condition didn't have any wings so call so they don't cook them fresh but the bartender name cam was very exceptionally great and I appreciate his good work ethic.... This is a separate timing on the same night but they did accept my order and they did say it would be a extended wait period time... And then after they gave me my food the bald-headed manager with the short haircut said that she don't make food after a certain time food better not be bad

  we waited over 2 hours to get our food. we had to refill our own drinks, no one checked up, we got our own utensils and napkins. we finally got our food at 7:45 after getting here at 5:15. food is cold and not good. we were told food was ready and in the window, told we were just waiting on our server, waited almost another 20 minutes before the first of our party got their food the last ones didn’t get their food until about 7:50

  It was terrible! The waitress all the way down to the manager trying to correct what the waitress mess up and then the manager charged an tip on my card for the waitress and she stated that she corrected the error… The waitress annoyed our table and started waiting on other tables and let’s not mention she got mad because I was going to put a order online for my daughters sitting there and told me basis I can do that after talking to the manager I discovered why because she was mad because she felt like she won’t get the tip…Let’s keep in my it was my birthday and my point never again Taylor road and I will be doing another review….online so it can reach the home office…

  Ordered through DD - didn’t receive the sauce or the drink and was told we could go to the store and pickup a new order. That’s literally not the purpose of ordering delivery. Absolutely nothing to do because ordered through DD. Rosa/Rosy/Rose whoever offered no alternate solution and putting all the blame on DD. Despite the fact that the restaurant should have made the order correctly the first time. Asked to speak with the manager on duty and “they’re tied up right now so they won’t be coming to the phone.” Lovely.
