  We came at 11pm they had ham the location on Ann street did not, or said this to not have to get more ham from cooler. The night shift leader was kind, the fries were fresh fresh and the Ham and Swiss melts were hot and looked yummy

  The evening crew are horrible. This is based on multiple visits in the last two weeks. They serve old fries and cheese sticks that are burnt from sitting in the warmer too long because they cook a ton at one time. The customer service is non existent. I visited last night and the woman behind the counter just nodded at me when I came in, versus being an adult and saying hi, how are you or what can I get you. Pathetic

  My wife loves the orange shakes there and the chicken is really good too

  Rude service, didn't order for the third time attempting to eat here just drove off. This is unfortunate because Arby's is typically my go to FF.
