  I visited 2 locations of arby's today. One on Zelda in Montgomery, and later this one at Eastchase. Zelda Rd. Gets a 5, this location barely gets a 1. They stated that they didn't receive my online order, then asked me to pull into a parking space. About fifteen minutes later, a guy walked out with the order, looking like he was strugglingto stay awake. Never spoke even after I thanked him. Pitiful service

  Sad that Arby's is basically going away. Tried there new hogie or meat sub or whatever and it was so bland I had to add Arby's sauce just to have some kind of flavor. The floor was sticky and well that means they don't clean well on the grill vent hood or the floors. Sooooo won't be going here again ever.

  I keep coming back thinking things will change...but alas.... I ordered a large drink, 1 roast beef slider, and a 6 pc mozzarella sticks. I was in the drive thru, and it wasn't busy. The timestamp on my receipt said 6:11pm. I got my food at 6:30pm. Something is really wrong with this restaurant....... I won't be back.
