I ordered a sugar free shake with almond milk and they obviously put milk in it or had ice cream in it. I drove off enjoying my drink and within minutes my stomach was hurting and I had to pull over in excruciating pain. I forgot to double check before leaving if they really did it with almond milk or not trusting them but that was a mistake because usually I had to ask them and double check if they did it or not in which usually they do not and have to re do it. I had this happen one other time at this location but I believe going forward i will be one hundred percent done with all 7brew coffee shops. It’s not worth the pain and if your like me with dietary restrictions I do not recommend going here at all.

I am so mad right now. I go to this 7 Brew all the time and the worker with the long black hair, nose ring, and the thigh tattoo is ALWAYS super rude, but the other day she was straight up lazy. I literally watched her coworkers ASK her to take my order and she actually refused to do it. Like who does that?? Instead of doing her job, she was way too busy flirting and talking to this guy and completely ignoring the fact that customers were waiting. It's honestly so unprofessional to refuse to help people just so you can hang out and talk. Her attitude is always terrible, but ignoring paying customers to talk all day is ridiculous. Management needs to fix this ASAP.

Fast and easy service! As well as the brewista who took our order was so fun and funny! Brewista took our order and it felt like two seconds later my frozen chiller lemonade was out.

This was during their Brew-doh campaign and they were no where near ready for the onslaught. Very long wait lines (almost an hour). The order was not correct, but the staff was very pleasant. And they ran out of the squishy toys within a couple hours of being open.
