- AHApril HendersonMay 7, 20261.0Worst excuse for a McDonald's ive ever been to. Ive gotten better food at the McDonald's in ensley alabama. Its always slow,they are always playing, they are rarely nice. The food is rarely good. I just got a fish filet and the bottom bun was so hard I couldn't chew it. How can you charge 6 bucks for a sandwich and the bun be old and hard. The only reason I go here is for the happy meal for my daughter and were about to stop that. The nuggets are always old. The fries are always old. The guy who took my money at the window had zero manners and didn't even say thank you and just shoved the money back in my hand. I know we live in a world now where its impossible for someone to count change back to you,but this guy didn't even say the change amount. This is the worst restaurant in town

Burgers are always good, they always have all the other great options. Even the workers are a joy. There is one drive thru lady who says the McDonald's slogan every time she's awesome. For as busy as they are in a college town, the wait times are ridiculously fast. Very grateful to have such a well ran McDonald's near campus.
