The employees don't like to give you a receipt so you can leave a survey. When they do give you a receipt you can leave a survey because they don't change the ink in the POS Receipt printer so you can't scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. I know the GM wants to get an awesome bonus - but the service at this restaurant sucks badly. I hate that Montevallo does not have many options for good service.
