  I dont know who is on the Drive thru this late at night but shes very unprofessional. Can quite literally hear her complaining that we came thru late at night, over the speaker. If you dont like the hours, talk to your owner. If you dont like your job, quit and go find another place to work. The customers pay your paycheck, and we gave you no reason to be rude. She needs to check herself before someone else does.

  The employees at this establishment are some of the most rude, and disrespectful people I've ever met. I will not ever spend a penny here again!

  My husband and I stopped by after work to grab a bite and let me just say we hit the red button and got NO response (no welcome to Sonic please hold, no go away, NOTHING) after I loudly pointed that out to my husband a voice came over the speaker welcome to Sonic please hold. after a moment we hear a lady holler and when we look around its the cashier standing outside and she hollers at us to order well needless to say she had hung the microphone unknown gly and comes back out asking what our order is we tell her, she rings it up, we pay and begin the wait. Finally it says Latori is on the way with your order well 10 minutes later here come we guess is Latori with our food. The burgers were barely warm, looked to have been made in the dark by a drink toddler and the tater tots were so cold that my 5 month old could have held them with NO complaints. Well my husband took them to the door and told her she then takes them from him throws them away and says it's just me and 1 cook tonight so it'll be a bit. 7-10 minutes later here comes the cook with our tater tots. Food 1-2/10 Service 1/10 (lucky we can't give 0 stars) Atmosphere 1/10

  I understand it might take a minute for the inside of the business to receive notification an order had been paid but as long as it took my ice cream to get to me, the inside should had known I had done paid. Girl that brought me my food wanted to argue with me and finally went back inside and found out I had already paid. One it took forever to get food and two, the attitude of the girl who brought me the food was awful.

  The service was terrible. No one there seemed to have a good attitude. Very rude and short. If you order on the app you don’t have to deal with the lack of customer service.
