  worse place in the world to order. drive thru takes 1hr to order then food is wrong or cold. The lights off around the building it be dark the workers doing nothing on the inside but talking. This place is the worse you can ever visit.

  Waited almost 10 minutes in drive thru to order coffee... couldn't make the first two I ordered and sounded confused when I tried a third time and just ordered an iced coffee. We gave up and left.

  Your employees need to learn how to run a restaurant, and a FAST food one at that. Counter staff didn’t even give eye contact to the five people standing at the counter, didn’t speak and shuffled around like they were at home. The kitchen staff appeared to be working but overall your entire staff would benefit from some leadership and it was completely absent today. Also your drive thru was around the restaurant. Do better Jim Barnes, Monroeville Alabama location.

  I Bought 20 pieces of chicken nuggets for my kids, and they were very uncooked, tried calling their phone number, it said disconnected??? Very unhappy as I live 30mins away.......
