  ORDERED 2 SEPARATE 10 PIECE BONELESS. WOTH HOT HONEY ON 5. LITERALLY ONLY 1 PIECE IN EACH ORDER HAD SAUCE. THIS IS SAD. DO BETTER.

  If I could give negative stars I would! 🙄 I’ve given the Wingstop in Tillman’s Corner multiple chances, and this was the last one. I specifically requested my wings be fried hard, yet once again they were cooked however the kitchen wanted instead of how I ordered them. When I pointed it out, instead of simply fixing the order, I was met with an argument instead of customer service. The cashier, Shondricka Bush..……, immediately became argumentative and went back and forth with me about whether my wings were fried hard enough instead of listening to my concern and trying to make it right. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—I was asking for the order I paid for. The attitude and lack of professionalism made an already frustrating situation even worse. To make matters worse, I requested a refund, and they couldn’t even process it back to my credit card correctly. Instead, they had to give me cash because they couldn’t complete a basic refund transaction. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It isn’t even the second. I’ve experienced the same issues at least four different times at this location. At this point, it’s a pattern of incompetence, poor customer service, failure to follow simple order requests, and staff who would rather argue with customers than resolve the issue. Just pure ignorance! I’ll continue driving to the Airport Boulevard Wingstop because I’ve consistently had a much better experience there. I cannot and will not recommend the Tillman’s Corner location unless they announce they’re under the same management as Airport Blvd - WingStop.

  Ordered a 30 piece last night for my kids.staff was friendly but obviously busy. I picked 2 different flavors original hot and the lemon hot. Wings was not separated no big deal. My problem is that all 4 kids woke up in the middle of the night throwing up chicken from FOOD POISONING. They have been in bed all day sick. I wish I would have checked the wings because I have a feeling they probably wasn't cooked all the way since I've had that problem before but it was corrected. Check your food at this place before you eat it so you don't have sick kids like I did.

  Aggravated that every time we order for delivery, we are missing something! This has happened more than once. We just wish employees would take a little pride in their work and take 2 seconds to double check orders so people can receive what they pay for.

  This place is trash ! first time ordering from here and look at the fries and wings they not changing the oil and using the dirty burned one over and over and over again. is so disrespectful to wingstop in any type of way is crazy i order to go and realized when i arrived at my destination but i dont think this is safe or clean at all. will add photos
