Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
We walked in the store. There were three people waiting at the counter to order. There were several workers in the kitchen area but no one ever walked out to take an order. After standing there several minutes we decided no one wanted to take orders and we left. The three ahead of us were more patient but I don't know if they were ever served.

The foord was not prepared well. My hash browns were very overcooked to the point of being non-edible. My breakfast burrito was to wet and made a mess.
I was in my own car and it's pretty nice so the atmosphere was spot on. Lol

Server had an OK attitude but went downhill from there. After order was placed I waited along with several other customers for 30 mins in the drive thru while our orders were lost. Everyone behind us seemed to get food with in 10 minutes. No way this place can be called a fast food restaurant. My lunch was over before I even got my order. I have no reason to return to this location.

I come here often. I consistently have a good experience. I enjoy good fast food and friendly service. On the rare occasion when something isn’t right, they make it right! I plan to keep coming back!

Ordered 2 taquidos and was asked how many picantes would I like. I said 4. Payed at the window and was told to pull up and wait a minute. Got my food and only 2 picante packs was in my bag. I didn't want to back up so I walked in the door next to me. I didn't know it was the door straight into the kitchen. There was about 5 employees looking at me and said you can't be in this kitchen. I said I didn't realize that was the kitchen door and I just wanted my 2 other picante packs. The made me leave so outside I walked to the window to ask again and they told me "you are trippin' bro" and shut and locked the window. Very very rude and incompetent employees. It was 8/13/2026
