  The customer service was excellent but the wait was absolutely horrible. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or what...we waited 22 minutes for milkshakes. They had cars waiting for food on both sides of the drive thru lane so no one could exit. Every time we come here the wait time is insane however the customer service is always great so we come back despite that.

  I rarely do fast food or drive thru s. I went here yesterday and bought some biscuits for breakfast. The courtesy and professionalism was through the roof . The food was hot and fresh . Everyone was extremely polite .What I absolutely loved the most though was how well the on duty manager treated his staff .

  The drive-thru was a complete mess. There were very few cars in line, yet the wait took far longer than it should have. Employees brought me three different orders that weren’t mine. The woman taking my order also kept cutting me off while I was trying to speak, which ultimately resulted in my order being wrong. The entire experience was disorganized and frustrating. Management seriously needs to improve communication, speed, and order accuracy.

  We don't eat Whataburger a lot but when we do eat out we expect it to be correct and hot. I visited this location last week for lunch and was very disappointed. Disappointed enough that I will think twice before visiting them again. My son had visited several times for lunch saying their drive thru was very slow and the food was not hot. This was my experience. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. The worker just said have a good day when she delivered my food. No sorry for the long wait or anything. I waited so long in line that I started eating my food while I was driving and it was almost cold. I don't know if it was cold because it was sitting inside waiting for them to deliver to my car or what the problem was but it was not a good meal and was not worth the wait in line. Whataburger if you're listing they you need to do something to improve your service and food. I can safely say we'll think twice before visiting this location again.
