Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
I often stop here for great burgers and fries. I also enjoy the good milkshakes!

Garbage place. Horrible service. The food specialist argued that plain is different than asking for a sandwich with no sauce so that’s the reason why we received a sandwich with sauce. Then he removed the sauce with probably a knife and handed it back to us with some of the sauce still found inside. I will never go back. This place should close down immediately to make way to a different restaurant. Lastly, like many of the local restaurants the floors are sticky and the table tops have a thick residue from wiping the tables with the same rag over and over again without actually changing out the water. Close down already!

Got most of our food. Didn't get the two cinnamon rolls and apple pie unfortunately (we were looking forward too it) and they were over working the guy (Andre) taking orders (that's why I am guessing we didn't get out sweet treats since they were making him run all over the place even though there were several other people who could have helped) this was our first time ever eating at a Whataburger since we don't have them where we live in Colorado.
