I go here all the time. The last time I got the cheese quesadilla there was hardly any cheese so I went in this time and said to please put an appropriate amount of cheese on it. I got two pieces of cardboard with barely enough cheese to know it was there.

The one thing on the menu I really like is the Peanut paradise smoothie. When it is made to correct receipe it's wonderful. But too much or little ice creates an inconsistent drink. And to low on Peanut butter results in a predominantly yogurt drink. The consistency of the finished product is all over the map. Once I had to refuse the drink, it being as thin as a serving of low fat milk. I used to count on this item, being the same each and every time. Not now. The attention required to priduce this has gone to pot.

Save your money and your time. They have the worst attitude and act like they don’t want to serve customers properly. Specifically today the girl with the black grey leggings and burnt edges with three inches of hair in a ponytail made of thoughts and prayers, working the morning shift had a terrible attitude when our drinks weren’t made properly. Not only did she cross contaminate by taking our already drunken smoothies and put it back into a blender, when asked if she could remake the drinks entirely, she proceeded to tell me by adding ice to our smoothies it would fix it because “its the same thing”. Whilst remaking the drinks after i had to ask, she began slamming the blender, throwing the utensils and huffing and puffing as if what i asked of her was taking away from her and her coworkers kickback time being that they were blasting music and just riding the clock. I inconvenienced her by making her work. All to say, she ended up tossing the second made smoothie because she didn’t know how to blend it as ice cubes were still in the middle of the blender. Also while she was making it she kept adding more ice and more pumps of simple syrup ( not sure why as we wanted it half sweetened). So basically they don’t follow a recipe and get mad when customers come in confused why their drinks don’t taste the time. As she was throwing the smoothie into the sink before her third attempt at making another smoothie i just asked her to refund me because they obviously have no idea what they’re doing here. She then stormed off huffing and puffing as another girl came to refund our order. Terrible experience and don’t recommend at all. She just rinsed the blender and put it back up for the next customers after we already drank out of our smoothies, so no telling what else they cross contaminate here they need to be shut down completely. 06/07/26 10:40 AM
