  Always out of something, extremely slow, most the time they're going to tell you to go through the drive thru instead of using the stalls, they asked me to pull forward to a stall after going to the window just to tell me I need to go through the line again if I wanted my order. Half the employees just stand around doing nothing.

  drove all the way over there because the one by my apartment closed. the sole reason was to get an ocean water. i placed a mobile order and i got to the store and the carbonation was out. okay, not their fault. after getting home, i realized both of my drinks were unsweet tea instead of sweet tea.

  This location consistently serves up old tots and they taste like the fryer oil is not being filtered and/or is very old. Had this same experience about 3 weeks ago, when they also left out a burger from the order and then gave me the wrong burger as a replacement.. This time the cheese tots I’d ordered look like they’ve been sitting up for hours; the melted cheese on the old tots almost looked grey. Also ordered the turtle truffle nut blast and got exactly 0 truffles. Keep on kicking butt, Sonic!

  Came to order, there is a public restroom at the location, and I was told I could not use it. And then when proceeding to order from the Kiosk I was told I had to order from the drive thru. I could not sit to enjoy the meal. This is absolutely the worst sonic experience I have ever had.

  This sonic sucks we just got our food most of it is missing and what's not missing is burnt and inedible we had to throw it away almost 100 dollars for missing and burnt nasty mozzarella sticks and tots this is the worst fast food experience we have ever had this sonic should be shut down
