Just close this drive thur down, employees don’t want to work. Don’t come here if you are in a hurry because the workers are not going to put any effort to get your food out to you in a timely manner. In fact if you do try to rush them they will only call you names like RUDE. Really why would the employees call me rude if I’ve waited 40 minutes for 1 hot fudge Sunday. I got out of my car and went in doors 3 different times. This is the worst service. Like I said, if the owner reads this, close your doors because your establishment has the worst employees and don’t want to be there. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Very long wait times, poor service, and food was gross. What a let down. I ordered a slush and onion rings. The slush was very bitter and the onion rings were soggy and disintegrating. Service was very slow and there were hardly any cars here. I should have read the reviews first. Yall should be ashamed. Absolute waste of money.

Where do I start, shortly after our order was placed 3 employees walked out of the building. The sign said Lexus will be delivering your order and he then approached the car placed the tray on our window. We took the food then handed him the money. He literally never uttered a sound. I will not be back , we ordered a #4 and milkshake tots we're not good tasted like the grease was passed due to be changed.

No service at stall sat over 20 mins then went to the drive thru where the the guy take the order was in his car he came to the vehicle and asked for our order got to the window and order was wrong . 2 people working at 6 -630 is crazy

So I was expecting a long wait because usually sonic always takes forever and I was OK with that. I got to the sonic at 9:30 at night a couple of nights ago. And I was expecting to wait about 20 minutes tops to at least get moving in a line and get my food and I was fine with that. Maybe a little 30 minutes fine whatever I just needed sonic for my kids cause that’s all that they asked for well anyways I got there at 9:30 at night a couple of nights ago. It took me 30 minutes to get through the line. Well realistically it was 24 minutes but anyways 24 minutes in the line I finally got to order when I got to the window. I asked if I could add onto the order because I felt super rushed at the actual ordering area. The lady was super rude about it, but she reluctantly agreed to add to my order after being very annoyed by it. Which I understand they were busy so anyways, oh well, I guess but then they asked me to pull around so they could take care of me in a minute because I added onto my order so I pulled around and I waited 25 minutes exactly before I called the button in one of the stalls and asked where my order was. The manager said we asked you to pull around and re-order altogether. We never asked you to pull around and wait in a stall so I was pretty upset at that point because no one ever told me to do that. They just told me to pull around and the manager would give me my food out quickly. No one ever asked me to go around and re-order go through the line all over again so then he said he would get the food out to me in a minute and then I ended up waiting until 11:05 PM to get my food finally after waiting so incredibly long apparently they lost my order twice. Pretty sure they just didn’t care about me. I was also as nice as could be by the way because I used to work in food service so I’m usually never upset or mean or rude to anyone because it never gets you anywhere anyways, but I do think that they deserve to be rated because I was treated poorly and definitely not urgently at all was not fast food I should’ve just gone out to eat lol at a restaurant.
