  We waited 20 minutes for an order this is unacceptable. However the guy forgot to ask us for the money to buy the food so it’s cool ig.

  They never take your order. Silence at the Drive Tru. Then if you pull up they look at you like sorry we are not doing no work today. Pretty sad. Owners have to be embarrassed.

  I placed a pickup order for ONE DRINK and had to wait almost an hour to receive it. I understood they were swamped so 15 minutes in I asked a worker how long the order would take and they said it’d be right out. I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Even when going through the drive thru to see if I’d get the drink faster, it still took almost an hour. It was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever been through.

  Two employees too busy flirting and grabbing each other’s waists to bring drinks at stall in check in. Waited 10 minutes, pressed button, waited 8 minutes and finally told to go through drive thru. Awful service and awful at their jobs.

  Went to Sonic on 6/26/26 with my wife to order a hot fudge sundae. The sundae delivered was missing both a cherry and didn’t have hot fudge on top. The server Shamicha responded when asked about the lack of hot fudge that “It is always like that” even though I’ve eaten hot fudge sundaes from Sonic many years and that’s simply not true including pictures online depicting otherwise. The fact that we had to ask for a cherry is just poor customer service. Would not recommend coming here unless you have a good reason.
