  They was VERYY unprofessional and they didn’t have no gloves while they was making my food and they got my order wrong and got mad Because they WASN’T listening then said they shouldn’t have put sauce on the wings. Y’all need BETTER workers.

  i am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience that my cousin and I had while ordering food at Pizza Hut. While placing our order, the employee taking our order entered the items incorrectly. When I attempted to clarify what we wanted, the employee responded in a rude and unprofessional manner by asking, “Why y’all ain’t just say that?” rather than respectfully addressing the mistake. As customers, we were simply trying to ensure that our order was correct. A manager later stepped in to assist us and correct the order. However, after speaking with the employee, the situation became even more concerning. The employee argued about the issue, claiming that she had already asked us about our order. When it was explained that this was not the case, she responded by saying, “I don’t care,” along with additional comments that demonstrated a lack of respect and professionalism. These remarks were made within hearing distance of customers and created an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, I observed other employees displaying unprofessional behavior. One employee entered the workplace with their undergarments visible due to their pants sagging. Employees are representatives of the business, and professional appearance and conduct are important in creating a positive experience for customers. Overall, the customer service my cousin and I received was disappointing. The rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and inappropriate workplace behavior reflected poorly on the establishment. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I hope this matter is addressed to help improve the experience for future customers.
