  Store doesn’t support online or in app ordering. This also means you are unable to redeem Hut Rewards. Online ordering states store is closed even though it is 4pm on a Thursday. It would be nice if the app/website allowed you to pick a different store location, however that is not possible.

  this is the 4th time I placed a order for a pan pizza and instead of them calling me to let me know that they don't have pan because they don't make up enough to last but till 6 pm and your open till 1 am on Friday and Saturday just start making up more pans of dough heck they act like I don't know but I worked for pizza hut for two years and if your out of something then take a min and call the customer to let them know your out of the dough that the person ordered. what I don't understand is why don't y'all make up more pans of dough to last through the end of the night thats what we did at my pizza hut. I'm over this mess I am not dare ordering again until they get there selfs in shape. I'm just like so mad that I don't eat the soggy hand tossed dough it's nasty to me and I think they just being lazy. not making up enough to get um through the night. I will never understand why they can't call a customer when they see it's no dough they could tell um what's up instead of just sending what ever. I think it's just lazyness behind this whole situation because this forth time not one time two times not three and neither time have they called to let a person no they don't have what they ordered any way don't use this store on schillingers and cottage Hill or you will find yourself having the same problems. I hope they get it together because I love there pan and there thin crust but not that soggy hand tossed...
