  My pizza has quite a few green peppers on it. I didnt order green peppers. The peppocinos or whatever they are called- ny father in law loves them and for some reason ours was shredded up. Order square cuts because the pieces are smaller and the kids like it, but this is cut regularly. Why have the option if you won't listen? This is the second time it was cut incorrectly for our order. Very frustrating.

  Just ordered some pizza for delivery spent 50 dollars on food and 12 dollar tip for driver. I tried to request plates and cups in the other info box but did not have room after explaining where my apartment is so I called the store and they said I have to do that when I place my order so I said okay and hung up I then called again and asked them to please update my order to include plates and cups and they said they would. Well pizza arrives and no cups or plates also missing an extra ranch dip for my wings and some cheese sauce for my breadsticks not a huge deal but pretty annoying and customer service received from employee in store was sub par. However the driver forgot my 2 liter and said it was in the car and she promptly got from her car and was apologetic for the plates and cups. I expected more from them I can see not getting cups and plates since I called them in and as stupid as extra sauce is its the principal

  I ordered a delivery to my Hotel. They told me they were pretty busy so it was going to be about an hour and a half before the food arrived. 2 hours later still no food. I called the store and spoke to Cherie. She informed me that there was an issue with my address, and they she had told the person who took my order to call me back and ask me about it. My order was voided, and I never received my food. When I called back, Cherie told me that she was going to have the order delivered asap, and I wouldnt be charged for either orders. Problem solved. 😊
