The team manager was at the front cleaning and completely ignored me when I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes despite being right in front of me until I called out. While my food is being made a team member was constantly, throwing pans while cooking/cleaning and loudly expressing her frustration (“I don’t know I can’t do anything because I’m still cooking this food”) in an aggressive manner preparing my order. This should be completely unacceptable for guests to hear out in the open and a manager should have taken responsibility to calm the worker and apologize for her actions to myself and the other people out in the dining room, but yet it was also ignored.

The place is dirty and like so many other restaurants in Mobile will probably be closing soon! Such a shame because Panera was always one of my favorites, unfortunately now that I live here, not anymore!!!
- SKShane KowalskiApr 18, 20261.0We eat at Panera often, first time here in mobile, the food was awful, my wife ordered the strawberry poppy seed chicken salad and the chicken was frozen, the dressing did d taste like it normally does and the lettuce looked like it was old. My tomato soup was not very good either.
