Went back. Out of BBQ sauce. I’m surprised they had food. The lady was kind about it. Not her fault. Management needs to go find a local Chic-Fil-a and take some damn lessons. Oh, and not having humans constantly in the front immediately makes your “customer service” garbage. Your customers hand things to people without making eye contact with anyone else needing help. They hide. The customers are now a nuisance. McDonald’s can go “self replicate”.
