    This is like the 3rd time we have been here trying to get food after work. It says they are 24/7 hours on the sign. Google says they open at 4am. We have arrived between, 4:10-4:30am and not once have they been open. Extremely frustrating!!!!!

    If you'd like to be on time for work, please don't bother even trying to use this McDonald's. I ordered my coffee on the app 10 minutes before arriving. When I walked in I was not greeted. I stood at the counter for a solid 7 minutes before I was actually recognized and she said my coffee was coming. Then she continued to help at least three cars in the Drive-Thru. I thought she had forgotten about me, so I walked around the corner where she would be able to see me. I saw that she was preparing my coffee, so I didn't say anything else. For whatever reason, she decided to be rude and start talking to her co-worker about how me "walking around to another spot isn't going to get her coffee to her any faster." Then, instead of handing me the coffee, she put it on the counter, so I had to walk back around to get it. If you're in customer service, at least try doing your job. She told me that she was the only one working. Lady, if you were a little kinder and less rude, more people might want to work with you. Will not be stopping at this McDonald's again. This was at 7:15 a.m. on April 22nd, if management would actually like to take care of the problem.
