  I ordered an apple pie through the app with my meal. At the drive-thru, they told me it would take about 15 minutes and asked if I wanted cookies instead. I agreed. They had me pull forward and said they would bring them out. After about 6 minutes, they gave me a bag of cookies that were smashed together in one lump and appeared undercooked—more like raw dough than actual cookies. Overall, it was not a good experience.

  This McDonalds is the closest to my house but I drive out further to avoid it despite high gas prices. Food rarely fresh. Mid customer service. Don’t do curbside, you’ll waste your time. Just go inside or drive thru. I had did curbside and never again. Basically had to walk inside to get my food and it was already ready.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I stood at the front counter for about 10 minutes along with several other customers, and not a single employee acknowledged us or even made eye contact. There was no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. After waiting and being completely ignored, we all ended up walking out. This lack of basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way. I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.
