  Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes after placing my order for 1 egg McMuffin. What happened to making people with big orders pull around? Ridiculous.

  Drove 20 minutes to the store because online it said they were open for another 1.5 hours but they said they were closed.

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald's. I worked in fast food before and McDonalds was one of them so I know how it is. So during situations like this stay calm and patient at all times but this right here is ridiculous! The drink station had no ice, and multiple drinks (Sprite and fruit punch) were either completely out or had no flavor. Mind you they not even busy! When I brought it up politely, the manager responded with an attitude and raised her voice instead of handling it professionally. At one point, she even snatched the drink out of my hand and told me to “just get Coke,” which was completely unprofessional and rude because at the end of the day I am spending MY money I’m not just going to get “JUST COKE” My order was also incomplete (missing my frappe), and I had to go back and ask for it. No apology, no acknowledgment—just poor customer service. After leaving, I realized my food was made wrong even though I clearly asked for no sauce. When I returned, the manager was again rude, dismissive, and acting like I was the problem for wanting my order corrected. I spent over 20 minutes dealing with mistakes, I would’ve been in the wrong if I was to completely snap and y’all make anybody a manager she don’t even have basic customer service. I didn’t get no Hey I’m sorry about that have a nice day or nothing ghetto and messy. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and lack of customer service at this location.

  I’m sitting here now and they won’t serve me. They close in 10 minutes. Lol
