- MMMatthewsMcG2 days ago1.0Impatient and rude. Whoever the guy in the blue shirt was (I’m assuming a manager). Maybe don’t talk shit about customers while the window is still open. Then give dirty looks. We wait in line forever to get food sometimes.. you can wait an extra minute for someone to find their card. If you’re that miserable find a different job :)
- BCbraden chestang3 days ago1.0Waited a long time standing there waiting on an employee to order she was just standing there talking to another employee while we watched her she finally come to the counter and acted like she didnt want to take our order well finally we placed our order then it was 25 minutes before we had gotten it and it was just 2 big mac meals when we finally gotten our food the bun on the big Mac was hard and the hamburger patty tasted like it had sat out way to long and went bad so we took it back to the counter and told the lady after we stood there another 10 minutes trying to get her to come to the counter she finally come to the counter and we showed her the food and she said nothing I can do so we left very angry I do not recommend this McDonald's

She rushed me, made smart remarks, and had an attitude the entire interaction. What made it worse is this is not the first time she has behaved this way. A male employee at the window even apologized for her behavior. Management was notified, but this location seriously needs better professionalism and customer service. She needs to leave and go work at the DMV.
