  They have good service and food. Its really clean too. Use the JJ App it has some really good welcome promos.

  Went there to redeem my points for a free sandwich reward I had. I got the Pepe, no lettuce. When I unwrapped it there was 3 thin slices of meat and tomato. I asked the guy if they always put the small amount since every time I’ve gone to Jimmy John’s they put a good amount of meat on it, and he said “that’s one portion of meat”. I said okay and went about my business. I’m not sure if this store is like that, but any other store I’ve been to doesn’t short you 😂

  I ordered a chicken wrap-add roast beef, and they only put one tiny slice of roast beef on the wrap and NO CHICKEN. I called them and they said they could remake it, and I asked them if they could deliver since I work across the street- where they deliver anyway. I could not go back out as I work in a medical clinic, and my lunch break was over. The GM stated they could not deliver to me, on something that was their fault and they deliver anyway!!!! The only other time I ordered from them I had it delivered and it took an hour and half. I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!

  Always - food is fresh and great flavor Always- staff is friendly and helpful Basically that's how I like it.

  It's a sub place, it's good but not anything spectacular.
