20 minutes in drive through with no cars. Ended up rolling windows down and taking a nap. Employee couldn't make simple change and had zero idea what was going on. Manager was rude. Just overall a trash experience. As a 25 year service industry employe......this place needs some serious help and stay away until they get some. Worst fast food experience I've had in a long time. Just horrible!

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, was told to pull up and they would bring it to me, waited another 10 minutes before I went in and asked what the deal was, all for them to have NO chicken prepared. No idea where my food went, if it was being made at all. Waited another 20 minutes just for a chicken dinner plate! Staff moving at a snails pace, to say the least. Cooks just sitting and talking to each other. Absolutely ridiculous.

do not go here bro. chicken was sitting out forever while they made the rest of the order. waited over 30 minutes for food. scraped the egg pan to give us maybe .75 of a burnt egg. had to bring the breakfast plate back bc of the egg and they only gave us one sausage, left the plate out to sit while they made more eggs and sausage - just like awful. and the workers there didn't care like at all 😭

Customer Service was horrible! I usually don’t do reviews but this was unacceptable. Never greeted us or took our order. One employee took another employees order and still ignored us. She turned and went to the back. I asked if anyone was working the register and one turned and yes and turned back around. So we left! Called store next morning and the so called Manager all she would say is yes ma’am sorry about that. Sounded like I was bothering her. Not a good experience at all. They acted like we were bothering them.

I give 2 stars as we first ordered the family value meal for 6. She didn't have it to ring up. Then I didn't get my Mac n cheese loaded. Had to ask for that. When I got it, it was only a little bit in a paper cup with plastic wrap on top sunken into what was in bowl. We ended up ordering other stuff which was not as good as expected.mabey it's justus, Idk. ,but all around we will go back once more for a second chance. Mabey it's a bad day for them as it was for us. I'm optimistic.
