    Horrible experience this morning (5/7/26) Order taker was rude..cut me off before I was done ordering . Coffee was awful My bagel was over toasted and hard as a rock! Ordered a vanilla latte no taste of vanilla at all Drink smelled like spoiled milk! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 👎👎👎👎 Dunkin Donuts used to be good ...don't know what happened

    Make sure ya check your orders. check ya bagels. Mine was hard as a rock and the hashbrown were still cold on the inside. And was missing my donuts. Ice coffee was good but not the flavor I asked for

    Cold food, wrong food. Homeless lying out front. Workers were nice enough. Forgot part of the order and we had to ask for it.

    I had a very disappointing experience with customer service this morning. I placed a pickup order at 7:25 AM, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, my order was not ready until 7:56 AM, which caused a significant delay in my morning. While waiting in line, I noticed several customers returning to the counter with multiple errors in their orders, which suggests there may be ongoing issues with order accuracy and workflow. This created confusion and made the wait even longer. Overall, the long delay and frequent mistakes made this a frustrating experience. I hope management takes steps to improve order accuracy and timeliness, especially during busy morning hours.

    My sister ordered 2 iced matcha lattes through door dash. We received Oatmilk with a pinch of matcha. A large matcha is supposed to have 3-4 scoops, but these don’t even have 1 whole scoop. This has happened to my sister several times. I’ve had several bad experiences with them. They make my drink wrong or give me a completely different drink. I’m lactose intolerant & they’ve made my drinks with regular milk. I had to go inside and have them remake my drink. Do not order from here. If you do, go inside and test your drink before leaving.
