- JDJennifer DarisOct 1, 20261.0I had gifts cards to Dunkin Donuts and had gotten a couple of breve lattes at this location before. This time, when I pulled up to the window, the attendant was unsure of one, but the second attendant told me that they did not do that kind of thing there. I explained my previous ones, and then she passively aggressively said, "What size?" I replied, "I'll go somewhere else." It was clear she did not want to be bothered. I then decided to inquire inside. The first attendant explained that they had no way to ring that drink up with half and half replacement, but they would go ahead and make one for me. The second attendant, who was passive agressive, started making it. I could not see her. Then she brought it over to wait for the steamed milk, and while she did, she played on her phone. Her demeanor was so abrupt and uncustomer service-like, that I felt as though I should NOT drink what she made me, so I dumped it out at home. To Dunkin Donuts: please train your employees or choose them more wisely AND although I won't go there anymore, giftcard or not, maybe find a way to make it to where your employees know how to charge for a specialty drink or have one in place. You are in competition with other coffee shops, plus, you advertise a ton of other mixtures of coffee drinks. Why not a breve latte?

I noticed the coffee was very light like there was too much cream in it, but I didn’t say anything, but the girl at the window noticed something was up and asked me what was wrong with the coffee and I told her it looked very light, but it was OK. She offered to remake it for me and she was so sweet and she remade it for me with less cream. I wish I got her name, but she was young and had bleach blonde hair.

Coffee was pretty good, excepted more flavor but it wasn't bad overall. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot. Would recommend.
