  Machines are in good condition, food and staff are fine, music isn't as loud as some places (at some D&B, the music is insanely loud everywhere in the building, although I'd personally put all of them at a quarter of the volume during the day but that's just how they are).

  Was only a matter of time until our location became a joke. A lot of the games are missing balls and have to little to none so you’re just wasting credits to barely be able to play. A lot of games not working properly, staff just standing around talking & on their phones.

  Came in around 4 P.M. was told there was a wait to eat no definite time it’s 8:07 P.M now. The hostess suggested Pay & Play while waiting. After 4 hours and it was time to eat, they could not find our payment for food. After several views of machine, they finally found it. This is awful. When it was time for the receipt, it asked did I want it emailed, and I opted for that option. D & B need to update their digital receipts for them to be more detailed bc this is embarrassing as well as annoying to have to get up several times to prove something the system should automatically have in place. My server was very friendly despite the terrible experience. But I will never be back nor will i recommend this place and this was my choice for my grandsons bday party. Can’t wait food bc it’s taking so long to get this situation straightened out. Not to mention it is so hot in here, it’s like an Inferno. Another thing is there is a long wait but several empty tables and have been for hours. Customer service here is horrible!!!!!

  Absolutely amazing experience! My server AshTyn was outstanding from the moment I sat down. She greeted me with a genuine smile, had such a spontaneous and welcoming personality, and made the whole experience enjoyable. She recommended the steak and shrimp Alfredo, and it was definitely a great choice! Her service was attentive, friendly, and just overall amazing. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving her customers a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I honestly had such a wonderful experience. My server AshTyn was absolutely amazing. Her personality was so spontaneous, warm, and genuine, and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable right away. She recommended the Blackened Chicken Alfredo, and I’m so glad I listened because it was delicious! What really stood out to me was the way she treated me throughout the entire experience. Her service was exceptional, but it was her attitude and the genuine kindness she showed that made the biggest impression on me. You don’t always come across someone who can make a simple meal feel like such a memorable experience. She truly deserves recognition for the amazing job she’s doing. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope I get her as my server again!
