  The food was delicious. The wings were a bit crunchy but good flavor. The ribs are great. Mini burgers I'm not a fan of the pickles and the whole burger tasted like pickle. Our server seemed like we were asking too much when we asked for refills or extra ranch and it took way too long to place our order and get everything we asked for. Way too loud in my opinion but gigantic screens to watch the games and lots of games for kids to play. Need more vr stuff but awesome selection

  We came in yesterday morning, Ashley was our server and when she walked up to our table, she was dry towards us and she really seem like she didn't want to be our server. We notice when another family was near us, she was extremely friendly towards them. She made sure they had everything they needed, but she did not check on us as often as she did them. I felt like she was being racist towards us. And its a shame we are still dealing with this. We will definitely be back, because we love coming in there, but I do not want her as my server.

  Excellent service from Missy and King!! 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone to be in their section, so nice and very welcoming and made it seem like we are family!!!

  Where do I even start? We've gone to other Dave n Buster's in other cities and it was so fun, but this location was horrible. We called ahead and made a reservation for my sister’s 21st birthday, only to arrive and find that there was no table ready for us. There were open tables available, but we were told we had to wait because, according to the staff, “we aren’t supposed to make reservations on Saturday.” If reservations aren’t accepted on Saturdays, we shouldn’t have been allowed to make one in the first place. Once we were finally seated, things continued to go downhill. We waited about an hour for our food. When it finally started coming out, some people received their meals while others had to wait even longer. By the time everyone received their food, everything was COLD. We repeatedly had to remind our server to check on our food and other things we needed. She rarely checked on the table herself to see if we needed refills or anything else. Then my husband found TONS of hair in his food. He immediately told our server, and while she did offer to remove it from the bill and offered to bring him something else, she seemed surprisingly unconcerned about the situation. At that point, he was completely disgusted and didn’t want anything else. A manager eventually came over, and we assumed he was there because of the hair in his food. However, he apparently wasn’t even aware of that situation. Instead, he was checking on our grandmother, who was STILL waiting for stuff for her food. Throughout the meal, we constantly had to remind our server about things that had been forgotten. We even had to ask other staff members for help, and then some of those requests were forgotten as well. Our server also seemed to repeatedly address the wrong issues and would move on to someone else before they could even finish explaining what they needed. This was supposed to be a special dinner for my sister’s 21st birthday, and instead it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Between the reservation issue, extremely long wait times, cold food, hair in the food, forgotten requests, and lack of attention from our server, the experience was absolutely not worth the money. Because there was a significant amount of hair in my husband’s food, along with the overall handling of the situation, I will be reporting this experience to the local health department and contacting corporate directly. This goes beyond simply receiving poor service we had a serious food safety concern that I feel needs to be addressed. I also don’t like that the tip is automatically included. We have absolutely no problem leaving a good tip when we receive good service, but in this situation, the service was nowhere near what we would have chosen to tip that amount for. Overall, extremely disappointing and honestly a waste of money. I would not recommend this experience. And alot of the machines to play were down.
