  Every where we travel we always look for a Dave & Buster's! This one in Mobile is absolutely fantastic!!!!! Everyone was so nice and super helpful! Service was quick and accurate! The manager was absolutely wonderful! Our waitress was attentive and so much fun! Even the ladies welcoming us in were so friendly! We can't wait to be back in the area to go again!!!

  It was me and my husband and our two kids and our two friends which are a couple it was all of our first time and honestly it was nice because it was something new but honestly, I feel like surge is way better. My waitress was nice but the food was not that good at all specially for the price. And my children’s fish eggs were so greasy I wouldn’t even let them eat itI ordered me two alcoholic drinks they didn’t have no fruit for neither of them, not even pineapple. Didn’t even get a discount on it, especially since they didn’t even have the toppings either and one thing that did make me upset. was the Willy Wonka game I sat there and got every single Card with the characters On it and it said if you get every single character that is 1000 points, I get to the gift shop to turn in on my kids points and they’re telling me that that’s not true so pretty much they are broadcasting false advertisement instead of getting 1000+ because I had extra cards I only got 600 Points and it just makes me upset I literally sat there to make sure my kids got that thousand points.

  My experience at Dave & Buster’s in Mobile, Alabama was very disappointing. We arrived and were seated at a table, but after that, the service completely fell apart. Two other families were seated after us, and despite multiple servers walking around the area, none of us were acknowledged. We waited over 20 minutes without anyone coming by to take a drink order, food order, or even simply check on us. It was frustrating to sit there watching staff pass by without any communication at all. Eventually, our family and another family decided to get up and leave because we were being completely ignored. What made it worse was that not a single employee stopped to ask if there was a problem or even acknowledged us leaving. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, this visit did not reflect that at all.

  I will preface this by saying this isn't my type of establishment to be fair. It was extremely loud and hectic which is expected. The food was a little bit higher quality than fast food but still nothing impressive. It's an arcade so I expected to be overcharged but damn did I have my expectations low. The price to play the games is ridiculously high, I can’t believe people can afford to spend more than 30 minutes in here. All the games cost a huge number of points and don't last very long even if you're winning. The ticket payouts are minuscule and the prizes are steep. All of this is typical arcade behavior but this is on a different level. There were also half a dozen games that were semi or full broken and several of them would swipe your card, deduct points but never actually start the game. I genuinely would not be caught dead in here ever again, just suck it up and take the drive to essence shore lanes for a worthwhile arcade experience.

  I took 2 of my adult children with me. We went on a Tues evening. For us, it was the perfect time! We basically had the place to ourselves. We received our food pretty quickly. We were able to converse without having to yell over one another. We then played games for almost 2 hours. We never once had to wait for another person to finish. While there was people in there with us, we were never in anyone's way, and vice versa. The place was clean and the layout is great! Good food also! (My ONLY complaint is to stop putting the tomatoes directly next to the bun on the burgers. It causes the bun to fall apart quickly.) The lady who greeted us (Val) was simply amazing!!!! She was so friendly and eager to help with suggestions! I enjoyed conversing with her. She is definitely an asset to the company! We are planning another trip there when family visits us!
